blissful flow studio has a variety of movement & meditation practices to support you along your life journey. With somatic practices blended into each offering, I hope you find something that sparks your joy and brings you closer to yourSelf. 

Vinyasa Yoga

A series of yoga postures linked together by breath and creative transitions. Vinyasa yoga will build heat in your body while awakening your self-awareness and feelings of embodiment. Take this class if you are a practiced yogi who likes to sweat and enjoys the challenge of traditional yoga asana.

Slow Flow Yoga

A slower paced yoga sequence created to deepen your self-awareness with an emphasis on grounding into each posture. This class will include holding postures for multiple breaths as well as somatic movement practices to help release stress and align at your center point.

Somatic Dance

A gentle, playful dance flow that does not require any dance experience! This playful, meditative flow will encourage self-love and self-acceptance as we move through new types of movements that support our ease and energetic embodiment.

Breathwork

A class focused on the breath and it's relationship to the mind and body. The breath is a powerful tool that can help us reduce anxiety, clear the mind, and tune into our higher Self as we practice intentionally. Follow this series of classes to discover a variety of breathing techniques to support you along your journey.

Meditation

Meditation utilizes breath work and awareness practices to guide us away from distraction and into ourselves. From visualization to forms of chanting, this series of classes will keep you learning about the art of meditation while keeping you grounded and in tune with your highest Self.
