I'm so happy you're here! My name is Kendall and I have huge love for embodied movement practices that support joyful presence and self-alignment.
Our society moves at such a fast pace that it can be challenging to pause, tune-in, and re-align with what's most important to us. Creating this time to pause and deepen our internal awareness can release stress and tension, relax the body, and refresh the mind so that we can move forward with more clarity and confidence.
As a yoga instructor with 10+ years of dance and yoga experience, I've created Blissful Flow Studio as an online embodied movement studio to help you build your capacity for joyful presence, release stress, and align with your soul's unique purpose.

Why Blissful Flow Studio?
Blissful Flow Studio combines somatic awareness practices with a variety of movement flows to deepen your connection between body, mind, and soul.
Somatic awareness practices include shaking, tapping, deep breathing, humming, dancing, etc. and are helpful tools to help you regulate your nervous system while bringing you into a more relaxed and present state within the body. These practices can heighten your awareness of the more subtle movements in the body as well as subconscious thought patterns in the mind, and are great tools deepening your spiritual practice.
Each movement practice is connected to an intention that will continue to guide you back to yourself as you flow. Intention setting is a skill that supports our self-alignment as we move both on the mat and throughout the world and can support us in establishing new or more positive thought patterns about ourselves and the world around us. This practice is great for those who experience depression and anxiety, as remembering a positive intention can reduce the stress of external factors and bring us back into connection with our higher, more embodied selves.
blissful flow studio includes many playful classes as well to help you let loose and discover new movements that feel good and refreshing to your body. Somatic dance is a playful class that is less structured and encourages you to move in new ways that feel good in your body.
Most classes are beginner friendly (with the exception of some intermediate level vinyasa classes) and encourage you to move as is most comfortable for your body.
